Step 1 Fitness assessment :

When setting up an exercise program its important I know exactly how fit you are so I can set a specific program that is a challenge and not a chore. Everyone has their own fitness and comfort level. If you set of to hard you end up feeling to tired and sore and so lose desire! To easy and you don't feel challenged and get bored. So the initial fitness assessment will allow me to set a program to suit!

Step 2 Dietry and Lifestyle Assessment!

Awareness is the key to change otherwise how will you know what to change. So we will look at your lifestyle and diet what is healthy and what is not, what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong! Change your diet and lifestyle and for a happier healthier you

Step 3 Goal Setting, ?

When setting off on any journey its important to know exactly where you are going, So I will talk through your goals with you and see how realistic they are,when they can be achieved and what it will take to get you there!

Step 4 Plan

Anyone one who ever achieved something worthwhile had a plan on how they are going to achieve it. That means braking your goal down into manageable steps! If you look only at the end goal it will sometimes seem very daunting and even unbelievable and you may give up menatlly before you even start. So with our end goal we must have our small achievable goals that will step by step lead to the top of the mountain(success leads to success). So each week I will give you small goals or challenges for you to do each week, each time you achieve that goal it will spur you onto the next. And before you know it you are looking down from your mountain top!

Step 5 Mindset for Nutrition and Nurture

Everyone as a relationship with food other than hunger. Some eat emotionally some eat because of stress, others addiction(cravings) or just pure habit. The problem here is whenever anyone eats when they are not truly hungry then it will be stored straight away as fat.

So I will show how you to recognise when you are eating when not hungry and also give you the tools to change how you react!

 

Step 6 Mindset for Excercise

Many people have negative associations with exercise, all set by previous experience. Maybe you weren't very good at sport at school, always picked last. Or have trained like a mad person to get that weight off after christmas and gave up because it was to painful. Or maybe you were victim of an unenlightened gym instructor, feel the burn, no pain no gain nonsense.

Whatever the reason by working with the mind to shift your perspective and not taking you to far out of your comfort zone. Whilst still progressing your fitness to a new level, you may even start getting hooked on those endorphin's! In the end you will feel different and start to enjoy exercise, after all that's what the human body was designed for!

Step 7 Mountain top and Maintenance

Eurica, you have reached your ideal weight, your feeling fit healthy and most of all happy inside and out. Now where do you go from here, you keep on keeping on. Now you will have changed your lifestyle altogether and your attitude towards food and exercise. We will then look at ways of keeping the new good habits, thoughts and behaviours going, and the pitfalls that may or may not arise, but at least you will be prepared!
